What's the catch with the free service?

There’s genuinely no catch. We maintain complete transparency in our operations.   • Penalty Fee: The penalty fee for early cancellation is detailed in your contract. This fee compensates for the early termination of services and resources allocated to your project.

Email Services

Do we receive any email services with your package?

Yes, our package includes professional email services. You’ll receive up to three 50GB mailboxes at no cost, along with the option to create unlimited email aliases. If your needs exceed this, additional mailboxes and upgrades are available for a small fee. This ensures you have a robust, professional communication channel for your property, enhancing both your operational efficiency and guest experience.

Are there any limits to the email services provided?

Yes, we provide up to three 50GB mailboxes for free. You can also create unlimited email aliases. Additional mailboxes or upgrades are available at an additional cost.

What if I need more than three email addresses?

Additional email addresses are available for £15 per 50GB mailbox. For mailboxes that reach capacity, we offer an upgrade to 100GB at £10 per month per mailbox upgrade.

Do I Need To Setup The Direct Booking Engine?

No, you don’t need to worry about setting up the direct booking engine yourself. Our team at Book Assemble will handle the entire setup process for you, ensuring that your direct booking engine is fully integrated with your website. Additionally, we’ll provide you with training on how to manage and update rates. Once everything is set up, the maintenance and updates will be up to you, although our support team will be available to assist you if you encounter any issues. This approach ensures that you have the tools and knowledge to manage your bookings directly, while still having the backup support when needed.

What Payment Gateways Can I Have?

At Book Assemble, we offer a variety of payment gateway options to ensure that your guests have a smooth and convenient booking experience. You can choose from PayPal, Stripe, Offline Credit Card processing, or Cash upon Arrival. These options provide flexibility for both you and your guests, allowing for secure online payments with PayPal and Stripe, as well as accommodating guests who prefer to pay offline or in person. This range of payment gateways is designed to meet the diverse needs of your business and your guests, ensuring that every transaction is hassle-free.

How do I manage my booking rates and availability?

If you choose to take our Channel Manager then you will be able to display your guest reviews from OTA’s like booking.com and also allow guests to leave a review directly on your website.

What platform do you use to build the websites?

Our websites are custom-built to meet the unique needs of each property. We focus on user-friendly designs that are both visually appealing and functional, ensuring your website performs well on all devices.

Who handles website updates and maintenance?
Our team manages all website updates and maintenance. This service is included at no extra cost, ensuring your website remains current and functional without adding to your workload. By entrusting these tasks to us, you can focus on running your property with less hassle and stress, knowing your online presence is in expert hands.
Can I update the website myself after it's built?
We prefer to manage updates for you to ensure the website runs smoothly, taking the stress off your shoulders. However, if you’re confident and wish to handle updates yourself, we can provide access. Please note, if errors occur due to self-managed updates and require our intervention, a small fee may apply. This approach helps maintain the integrity of your website while offering you flexibility.
How long does it take to build and launch my website?

The timeline for building and launching your website can vary depending on the complexity of the project. We give an estimation of 2 to 4 weeks however, we typically aim to have new websites up and running much sooner from the start of the project.

Do you provide website hosting and maintenance?

Yes, we provide complimentary website hosting and maintenance to ensure your website stays secure, fast, and accessible. These services are included at no additional cost, bundled with our direct booking engine, to support your online presence seamlessly.

What happens if I need help or support with my website?
